ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. Superstorm Sandy slammed into the New Jersey coastline with 80 miles per hour winds Monday night and hurled an extraordinary 13-foot rise of seawater at New York City, threatening its metros and the electrical system that powers Wall Street. A minimum of 10 deaths were blamed on the storm, which brought the presidential project to a halt a week prior to Election Day. Sandy knocked out power to a minimum of 3. 1 million individuals, and New York's primary energy stated large sections of Manhattan were plunged into darkness. Water pressed into the island from 3 sides. Just prior to its center reached land, the storm was stripped of hurricane condition, however the difference was purely technical, based upon its form and internal temperature.

Key:
- Aggregate Sentiment is meant to be an indicator of an individual's overall sentiment.
- The Mean is meant to be an indicator of an individual's average comment sentiment.
- The Standard Deviation, when there are enough quotes, will indicate an individual's consistency of sentiment (i.e. a Standard Deviation of 0 would mean they were very consistent in their sentiment and 1 would mean they were very inconsistent).
Note that quote stats are likely to be meaningless beyond the aggregate score due to the tiny sample size. However, they are always provided just in case you find something useful there.
