Hinkley, Calif. , is the small town that fought toxic groundwater and influenced the 2000 movie Erin Brockovich. Now locals say they are experiencing a part two to their tale. A few years back, individuals started discussing the water once again. Residents developed weird rashes and Pacific Gas & Electric Co. -- criticized for the town's groundwater pollution -- was providing to get estates once again, this time in locations formerly believed to be unaffected by the contamination.
