A week after superstorm Sandy caused massive damages and power outages, some New York and New Jersey homeowners been evacuated ahead of a nor'easter that is anticipated to bring high winds and rain to the region. More than 620 nursing home homeowners in New York City's storm-battered Rockaways area were evacuated Tuesday. In New Jersey, winds were kicking up very early Wednesday early morning prompting some coastline communities to buy mandatory evacuations. Today's nor'easter isn't anticipated to be as bad as Sandy, however with more than 423,000 without power in New Jersey and more than 66,000 without power in New York City, officials are worried about homeowners hunkered down in damaged houses without power.

Key:
- Aggregate Sentiment is meant to be an indicator of an individual's overall sentiment.
- The Mean is meant to be an indicator of an individual's average comment sentiment.
- The Standard Deviation, when there are enough quotes, will indicate an individual's consistency of sentiment (i.e. a Standard Deviation of 0 would mean they were very consistent in their sentiment and 1 would mean they were very inconsistent).
Note that quote stats are likely to be meaningless beyond the aggregate score due to the tiny sample size. However, they are always provided just in case you find something useful there.
